Initial copies of "The Sky's Gone Out" available as a special price double package containing an extra live album: "Press The Eject And Give Me The Tape". Originally shrink wrapped with cover sticker and illustrated inner sleeves. The cover is a thick laminated gloss sleeve with 'Beggars Banquet' written is script on the spine. Back cover is plain black without any inscription. The studio album has the catalogue number BEGA 42, the live album BEGA 38. After the initial copies sold out, [r=390514] was released as a single album in a standard sleeve and 'Beggars Banquet' written in plain text on spine. On its side, [r=379706] was reissued a couple of months later as a stand-alone release. ["The Sky's Gone Out":] Recorded at Rockfield Studios except "Swing The Heartache" recorded at Beck Studios, Wellingborough, and "Third Uncle" recorded at BBC Studios, Maida Vale, London and released by arrangement with [l3380].
